Fees: $200-$275 Per 45-60 minute session
Organizational Consultation Services are also available with fees determined on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance: I do not currently accept insurance. I will be happy to offer assistance in submitting the appropriate paper work to your insurance provider if you are able to receive out-of-network reimbursement.

Bio
I was honored to have earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Prior to this, I received my Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Skidmore College. Afterwards, I performed in New York City as well as around Europe as a singer and an actor. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, parents and families as well as facilitating executive coaching, professional development workshops, and support groups. I have a keen interest in exploring individuals' cultural backgrounds, diverse experiences, and assessing their strengths and needs. In addition, I am committed to employing a humanistic and strengths-based approach with all clients.
